TODAY IS WORLD LITERACY DAY

ONUESOKE FOUNDATION MOBILE LIBRARY VISITED ORHUWHORUN JUNCTION AND OWHASE COMMUNITY. We had an interesting outing but it left me with a sorrowful heart. Public school children just can’t read. We went into the streets, calling at shops and doors and they came too many. Seeing our mobile library with books overwhelmed them. My encounter with a primary five child who couldn’t read a three letter-word book brought me to tears, I am worried. Tell me what can be done?...
